CES Parent Pickup App now available

Dear CES Parent/Guardian:

We are reaching out to you today about our CES Mobile Pickup Program called PikMyKid. This app connects families to their kids using to allow a safer and more efficient dismissal process. PikMyKid is an app that will allow parents an easier check-in process when picking up students, provides streamlined communication of any transportation changes needed during the day, and provides a more efficient process as it pertains to Parent Pick-Up.

For a step by step guide, see the attached link here.

In order to register for the program, we are asking families to ensure they have a cell phone listed in their OneView Parent Portal under Back to School Forms. For many families, cell phones are listed as their home phone which is permissible, but specifically to to utilize the program we are requesting that you ADD a Cell/Other Phone number in OneView (or copy and paste into the OneView form if your home phone is your cell phone) to be eligible to participate in the pilot program with PikMyKid.

To update your cell phone, follow the instructions below as soon as possible and see the attached guide to :

  1. Head to CirclevilleCitySchools.org and select Parent Resources at the top of the menu bar and select OneView Parent Portal.

  2. After logging in to your account, select ‘submit and view online forms’ on your account.

  3. Next, select the blue highlighted “back to school forms” link in the bottom left.

  4. Scroll down to Part three: Parent/Guardian Information and enter a ‘Cell/Other Phone’ for the pilot program and then scroll down to select “Save & Submit to District” to update.
